Are you Care Quality Commission ready?

The Care Quality Commission is now enforcing the need to comply with the recommendations of The Building Regulations Approved Document M, section 3.10. The document states that:

Fire doors, particularly in corridors, are to be held open with an electromagnetic device

Fire doors, particularly to individual rooms, are to be fitted with swing-free closers
